Amazing benefits. Pros: quality ingredients, decent size, great for heart health, lowers blood pressure, and can also assist with anxiety relief and symptoms of Polycystic ovary syndrome. Cons: the taste may not appeal to everyone; even with a small dosage, it is rather strong and overwhelming. It isn't as pleasant as hibiscus or chamomile tea, but I believe the benefits are worthwhile.
